The repair plan should account for structural damage, body panels, sensors, restraint components, seat belts, and calibration requirements – not just the parts you can spot from the driveway.
After repairs, the vehicle should be scanned again to confirm the SRS system is communicating correctly and that no warning lights remain. Depending on the vehicle and work performed, advanced driver-assistance systems may also need calibration.
